Thor Björnsson, The Mountain in 'Game of Thrones', reveals that his third daughter has died

Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, Thor Björnsson, best known for his role as The Mountain in Game of Thrones, has shared with his followers the saddest of news: the death of what was going to be his third daughter, Grace Morgan.

The actor and his wife, Kelsey Henson, announced on November 10 through their Instagram account the "irreparable loss" of their little girl, after Kelsey suffered a miscarriage at 21 and a half weeks of gestation. "Words cannot describe our pain over this loss," they say, along with the image they have shared.

"It is with great sadness that we announce the birth of our daughter, Grace Morgan Hafthorsdottir, born on November 8 at 21 and a half weeks gestation. After a notable decrease in movement we discovered that her heart had stopped beating," explains the actor, who He assures that they have no words to describe the pain they feel for their loss.

"She is absolutely beautiful, with blonde eyelashes and eyebrows and a little smile for mom and dad," says the actor about his daughter. "The love we feel for her is overwhelming. The pain we feel will be with us forever, but so will the love," he insists, although he also claims that they have "taken away all our hopes and dreams for her."

"I know I will be with her again. Her spirit lives on through us and her brothers," says the actor, both about his wife, him and his other two children Stormur (3) in common with Kelsey; and Theresa Líf, the result of the actor's previous relationship with Thelma Björk Steimann; before thanking the words of affection and support received from his friends and followers.

The actor, known for his role in Game of Thrones, revealed last October that he was expecting what would be his third child together with Kelsey Henson, in addition to the difficulties they had had in being able to conceive. This would have been the third baby for the couple, who married in 2018 in Iceland.
