Many regular viewers of Pasapalabra were very surprised last Monday by the absence of one of the contestants who have attracted the most attention in recent times.
Encarni and Moisés tied in the final rosco last Friday after getting a total of 23 hits. Therefore, following the dynamics of the contest, both participants had to be present... However, the presenter of the space, Roberto Leal, started the program with an unexpected message: "Encarni will not be able to continue playing with us," he announced.
The contestant had been on the program for 27 editions, since April 13. For this reason, the former contestant has left with an accumulated prize of 16,800 euros.
As the presenter himself clarified, Encarni's departure from Pasapalabra is due to "personal reasons", specifically "family reasons". Roberto Leal himself explained that these are "important" reasons.
Encarni explained in her first appearance in the space that she was the mother of 16-year-old triplets and assured that if she managed to win the jackpot, she would use it to move to a much bigger house with her family. "Kids grow, but floors don't," she noted in her presentation.
Despite his abrupt departure from the program, Pasapalabra keeps the door open in the future. "We hope to get it back in the future," said the presenter, before sending him "a kiss from the whole team."
During his 27 participations in the program, Encarni has measured himself against other contestants of the level of Marta, whom he eliminated breaking a streak of 30 deliveries, Moisés Laguardia and Pablo Díaz.
