In the gala soap opera 'MasterChef Celebrity 8', seven intrepid candidates fought tenaciously to keep their positions in the demanding culinary talent show. In this episode, celebrities were challenged to obtain the prestigious gold apron.
The evening began with a challenge full of speed and intuition, where the participants had to do their best to achieve immunity. When they arrived at the kitchens, they found a surprise: refrigerators that looked identical, but each one of them housed different ingredients. These ingredients would be the basis of their free haute cuisine dishes in the test. However, to acquire a particular refrigerator, applicants had to participate in an auction where they exchanged minutes of cooking time in exchange for securing the desired ingredients.
In this exciting challenge, there was a visit from the runner-up of the seventh edition of 'MasterChef Celebrity', Manu Baqueiro. The contestants tried their best, as a lot was at stake. The winner of the challenge would not only have the opportunity to donate 4,000 euros to the NGO of his choice, but would also host some of his best friends as diners. Among the guests were the comedian Manolo Sarriá, the athlete Álex Roca, the influential Lola Lolita and Emi Huelva, the chef Bosquet, the bullfighters Finito de Córdoba and Miguel Abellán, as well as the former 'MasterChef Celebrity' candidates, Terelu Campos and María Zurita.
Terelu Campos returned to the kitchens of 'MasterChef Celebrity' in a different role, this time as a diner. The well-known television presenter, daughter of the recently deceased María Teresa Campos, shared that she had encouraged her friend Toñi Moreno to experience the program, saying: "It seems to me to be an experience that, if you have the opportunity, you should definitely experience." Additionally, Terelu offered sage advice to her friend, warning her: "Contestants who seem to be very good are not always so, and those who seem bad sometimes surprise with their skill." In a humorous tone, Terelu also revealed: "I still have nightmares with some of Pepe Rodríguez's evaluations."
During the tasting phase of the dishes, Terelu Campos was unstinting in her criticism, expressing comments such as: "I'm not sure what it is, but it definitely doesn't look like salmorejo," "The meat looks like chewing gum," and "This dish is just lousy". Despite her presence to support her friend Toñi Moreno, Terelu did not hesitate to rate the dishes harshly.
In the outcome of the test, actress Laura Londoño stood out by obtaining a score of 8 points, while, unfortunately, Toñi Moreno obtained a defiant zero in her locker, which resulted in her elimination from the program.
