Shakira has moved all her followers with Acrostic, her latest single, in which she talks about unconditional love for her loved ones and how that affection can serve as "anesthesia for pain", a verse that many have interpreted as a new dart to his ex-partner Gerard Piqué.
The Colombian artist has published several versions of Acrostic. One of them, alone. In the second, she appeared accompanied by her children Milan and Sasha, who even began to sing and play the piano.
The participation of Milan and Sasha has not been minor. As Shakira explained in an Instagram post, "this year Milan has written songs that made me cry with emotion and Sasha has spent hours at the piano, discovering her voice."
Now, the Colombian singer has shared a short video with emotional moments with her parents, referring to them as an essential part of her life. In the background, an acrostic is heard: "The only thing I want is your happiness and to be with you. A smile from you is my weakness. Loving you serves as an anesthesia for pain. It makes me feel better. For whatever you need, I am here. You came to complete what that I am".
Shakira once again has a public gesture with her parents, who are going through major health problems. Her father has had to undergo several surgeries; her mother has recently overcome a thrombosis.
The singer's followers could not resist commenting on her publication on Instagram, appreciating the detail of the Colombian artist. "Good daughter, good mother, good artist. You are everything the world needs," wrote one of them. "Family comes first. How beautiful is your heart," added another. And another claimed that she was "too beautiful."
