Rosa López is going through a bad time: "I had to go back to the psychologist"

Rosa López has returned to the stage and her mental health has noticed it. Her last performance in Barcelona has wreaked havoc on her well-being, making the woman from Granada decide to go back to the psychologist. SEMANA magazine has been in charge of revealing details about her current situation.

In the interview, the winner of the first edition of the popular musical contest Operación Triunfo reflects on her appearances on television, recalls the uncomfortable episode with Emma García, and delves into her latest project '1930'. Regarding the personal, Rosa from Spain opens up when talking about Iñaki, her current partner. All the details, below.

Gone are the days when Rosa López could walk down the street being just another citizen. Her passage through Operación Triunfo in 2001, as well as her subsequent experience in Eurovision, consolidated her as one of the most promising artists on the music scene in our country.

The woman from Granada, who is now 42 years old, continues to experience some of the most intense episodes, such as her last concert in Barcelona. After being invited to the special event to promote the Eurovision Song Contest next May, Rosa was the victim of numerous attacks for being out of tune while performing hits such as Stay with me by Pastora Soler or La noche es para mí by Soraya.

Faced with the attacks received, the Andalusian assured that "it is never easy to deal with hatred and criticism, you try to be a raincoat, but something always leaks". However, the artist has decided to put aside the negative, stating that "music has always been my refuge and my passion. And it always will be. Each artist assumes and faces a performance in the best way, always with all the love to make all the people who are watching and expecting great things enjoy themselves".

Faced with bad drinks, one of his greatest supports is his partner, Iñaki García, whom he met during a concert and with whom he has been in a relationship for more than three years. “We both feel complete and share fullness. I am very much in love, and not from the perspective of 15 years, but rather it is a precious love that I had never experienced, ”Rosa admits for this medium.

Despite everything, Rosa López has faith in the future. Her latest project and her ninth album '1930', for which she has posed completely nude, has been an artistic catharsis for the woman from Granada.
