Rauw Alejandro sings 'Se fue' at the Latin Grammys in front of Rosalía

Yesterday the 24th edition of the Latin Grammy Awards was held in Seville. This was the first time that our country hosted these awards, so the display of the city of Seville was truly spectacular.

Karol G, Camilo and Shakira started as the great favorites of the evening, since each one had 7 nominations. While those from Colombia won in three categories, the interpreter of Palpita, Ni me Debes Ni Te Deb or Si Medime Que Si won a Latin Grammy Award for Best Long Version Music Video for his hit El primer tour de mi life.

The gala was enlivened by different performances by Latin singers who tried to surprise the public and entertain the audience. Among the different performances that we were able to enjoy, the incredible interpretations of Pablo Alborán, Milo J, Maluma, Edgar Barrera, Shakira, Juanes and Camilo stand out.

One of the artists who most surprised and touched the hearts of the millions of viewers who followed the awards from their homes was the Puerto Rican singer Rauw Alejandro. The creator of the albums Afrodisíaco, Vice Versa, Saturno and Playa Saturno attended the gala accompanied by his mother and gave the audience a beautiful version of one of Laura Pausini's most legendary songs: Se Fue.

Happy and pleased to have the great opportunity to sing at the Latin music festival, the rapper thrilled the audience by performing the Italian song with a lot of respect, feeling and affection.

Thousands of fans shared their impressions online and commented that they had just witnessed one of the best performances of Bizarrap's friend's career. ''I need the version of Se Fue by Rauw Alejandro on Spotify'', ''We really didn't see this coming'' or ''I cried with the song, I felt that feeling'' are some of the messages that can be read on network.

Hundreds of Internet users echoed the 'soap opera' they were witnessing live. While Rauw Alejandro chose Pausini's heartbreak theme, Rosalía put on a spectacular performance with one of the saddest romantic songs in Spanish music: Se nos roto el amor, by Rocío Jurado.

For a large part of the audience, the ex-couple exchanged reproaches with each of their performances. It should be said that the singer from San Cugat del Vallés modified the lyrics of the song, something that was interpreted as a jab at Rauw. Instead of saying ''Our love broke because it was so great'', the Catalan sang ''and this love didn't last long'' and, in the phrase ''our love broke because of using it so much'', Rosalía he added ''or not to use it''.
