New installment of Martínez y Hermanos, which is broadcast on Movistar Plus on Thursdays at 10:30 p.m. The program presented by the comedian Dani Martínez had guests Paco León, Carolina Yuste and Dani Pedrosa.
The program tries to get the guests to know each other a little better through anecdotes and their professional careers. The presenter recalled that Paco León had worked last year with international actors Nicolas Cage and Pedro Pascal, in the film The Unbearable Weight of a Colossal Talent.
The presenter said that since he knows him so well and he is an observant man, he wanted to ask him what had caught their attention, both on and off the set. ''Look at the bangs, man,'' the actor said when looking at a photo of himself with Nicolas Cage.
"I think Nicolas was one of the pioneers in hair transplantation," he confessed. The guest told that he had a very good time and a very bad time. ''I speak the English of the mountains and there were terrible situations there,'' he said.
Dani wanted to know how the actor communicated with the actors, since he doesn't know how to speak English very well. ''The strong thing, I remember a situation that I was with him, when Pedro was there he translated for me...Pedro helped me a lot. But it was just me and Nicolas, and it was a team on a budget. There were a thousand cameras,'' he confessed.
The actor recounted that they were in the middle of a scene, he knew the text by heart and suddenly the director told Paco a sentence in English that he did not understand. All the filming stopped and Paco could only say that he did not understand. "The assistant director comes running and approaches me with a mask and he tells me (phrase in English) and leaves," he declared. He was speechless and saw Nicolas looking at him. '' It was Nicolas Cage looking at me and saying baby, go ahead, shoot, and me saying that the earth opens right now and swallows me and never speaks of me again in my life,'' he affirmed. ''I'm here in Hollywood and I'm a nightmare actor,'' he confessed with a laugh.
