New setback for Silvia Bronchalo: she is denied becoming the legal representative of her son for not having his consent

With each passing day, new information about the case of Daniel Sancho comes to light. Since last August 5 we learned that Daniel Sancho had confessed to the murder and dismemberment of the renowned Colombian surgeon, Edwin Arrieta on the Thai island of Ko Pha Ngan, the case has become one of the most covered in the media of the year.

The son of Rodolfo Sancho and Silvia Bronchalo is in provisional prison waiting for the trial to take place. At the moment he has already received a visit from his two parents, after the thousands of speculations that arose as a result of the visit of the actor Rodolfo Sancho.

Let us remember that Silvia Bronchalo was the first to arrive in Thailand to visit her son. The actor's ex-partner spent two weeks uninterruptedly visiting the alleged murderer, until the arrival of the Spanish interpreter, so Bronchalo stepped aside and let Sancho monopolize the entire media focus.

But after the actor's return to Spain, Daniel Sancho's mother reappeared before the media this Monday. And the new Telecinco program, TardeAR, has been able to locate Rodolfo Sancho's ex-partner in one of the key places for the future of the alleged murderer: the provincial court of Koh Samui.

According to the program's correspondent in Thailand, Bronchalo had gone to deliver a very important document: a power of attorney. ''He intended to gain the rights, the powers over the representation of his son to be able to make decisions for him, access documentation or reports on this case,'' he stressed.

But although he carried out the same processing as his ex-partner, it seems that Bronchalo has had less luck in the process. ''But the striking thing about it all is that this same procedure was also done by Rodolfo Sancho two weeks ago. The striking thing is that we are faced with two parents who are ''fighting'' for the same objective (...). They are two parents who apparently do not communicate with each other and are doing the same things but in parallel,'' the journalist declared.

''The head of the court that will handle Daniel's case has rejected this power of attorney. He hasn't admitted it. "He has demanded more documents from him because he has not considered it valid, as if he had done so with Sancho's power of attorney," the reporter confessed. ''Daniel Sancho signed Rodolfo Sancho's power of attorney in his own handwriting. He has not done it with his mother's from what sources close to the provincial court have told us,' he asserted.
