Miguel Ángel Masch, the well-known bodybuilder from Telecinco's 'Uno para todos', dies

One for all will forever be one of the most remembered television programs of the 90s. Presented by Goyo González and adapted from the German original Man O Man, the program placed no less than 200 women on a set with one objective: to choose the "boy of the summer" among 12 candidates, who had to pass several tests.

Among the entire leading cast of the program, which had collaborators in comic roles such as Santiago Urrialde or Pedro Reyes, there was a peculiar character, Miguel Ángel Masch, the well-known bodybuilder of the program who achieved popularity shouting "I am Héctor." Today the bodybuilding world is in mourning, as Masch has died suddenly.

Masch's unexpected death has left his family and colleagues shocked, who today mourn his disappearance. "A great in every sense," they say. The news has come in the form of a statement through social networks from his closest circle, who did not want to give details of the causes of his death.

According to one of his acquaintances, the athlete would have spent several years with great depression, with the months of July and August being the hardest he would have experienced, and he was allegedly admitted to a Madrid hospital. However, other sources close to the bodybuilder indicate that this would not have been the reason for his death.

One of his teammates, Luis Antonio Vidal Butler, shared a heartfelt message through his Instagram account: "My deepest condolences, great in every way. Rest in peace, Miguel. We all remember you for: 'I am Héctor 'You will be missed as the great person you were, as well as a giant of bodybuilding.'

"Miguelón", as some of his friends called him, leaves three decades of experience in the world of bodybuilding, where he was a highly appreciated and respected figure. "We will always remember you," they say of him being one of the great television stars of the 90s.
