Melendi has announced that he will be a father again. The artist has revealed that Julia Nakamatsu, his partner, is pregnant again. Therefore, the Asturian singer will be the father of his fifth child.
The great news has been communicated by Melendi himself in full concert in Argentina. The singer could not resist the desire to explain that he will be a father for the fifth time and did not hesitate to announce Nakamatsu's pregnancy in front of his audience: "A week ago they gave me news, I am going to have the third Argentine daughter."
A couple of years ago, Melendi assured in El Hormiguero that she already had enough with her large family. "Four is a good number", he told Pablo Motos. However, it seems that those statements have come to nothing.
Melendi already has four children. Carlota, the result of her relationship with Miriam Martínez de la Vega; Marco, who came into the world in 2011 during his courtship with Dámaris Abad; and her two young daughters, Lola and Abril, who were born from her current relationship with the Argentine Nakamatsu.
The crush between Melendi and Julia was instantaneous. It took place during the filming of the video clip for La promesa and in 2019 they decided to take another step in their relationship and seal their love in an intimate celebration in El Escorial.
