Mediaset's new assignment to Risto Mejide: a special live and in 'prime time' that will make politicians tremble

Risto Mejide has become, over time, the star presenter of Cuatro. The Mediaset chain continues to rely on the communicator and publicist to take charge of different formats, taking advantage of the pull of some already established ones such as Everything is a lie or Viajando con Chester.

However, not all of Risto's bets have worked on the Cuatro grid. At the end of last season, Todo es verdad, an extended and prime-time version of the program produced by La fabrica de tele in the afternoons of the channel, said goodbye. Now, the presenter returns with a very similar format of which all the details are already known.

It will be next Wednesday, March 22, when Cuatro will broadcast a special edition of Todo es mentira, starting at 10:50 p.m. In it, Mejide and Marta Flich will analyze in great detail the keys to the so-called Mediator case, the alleged plot of political corruption headed by the former socialist deputy Juan Bernardo Fuentes Curbelo, known as Tito Berni.

The program will talk about the methods that were carried out to involve different businessmen from the Canary Islands in the plot, as well as what types of payments they made to influence public officials who have now been involved in it.

In addition, in this special edition of the Risto Mejide program, new details of the summary of the Mediator case will be revealed exclusively. To do this, Everything is a lie will have different experts who will give their point of view, as well as several active politicians.

Lastly, and identically to the daily edition of the space, Antonio Castelo and Virginia Riezu will also be at the discussion table to add an ironic and humorous touch to the analysis. All of this, as usual, produced by Mediaset and La fabrica de tele.
