Marta Riesco's life has taken a radical turn in recent times after being abruptly fired from El Programa de Ana Rosa and having broken off her relationship with Antonio David Flores, two events that have deeply marked her and that continue to take their toll on her even though she always shows his most smiling face in front of the cameras.

Marta Riesco herself has decided to open up on her Instagram account with the thousands of followers she has and has assured that she is experiencing a difficult time, highlighting that yesterday she had "a shitty day" and a "day of reflection at home."

“Many times I receive messages from you telling me that you are going through a bit difficult times due to breakups, work issues, family issues or even illnesses,” the journalist begins explaining.

“You say that there are moments when you feel good and then you have moments when you feel like you can't take it anymore and you say 'I wish I had the strength that you have,'” referring to Marta.

“I have a lot of mental strength and I am proud, but I have to admit that I also have days when negative thoughts really take over me,” she confessed in a story on her Instagram.

“Suddenly I think that I can't handle this, this situation and why is this happening to me and why am I thinking about certain things again and it's normal: this is a process in which there are good days, bad days and we have "We have to go through all the stages," concluded Marta Riesco.
