‘La Promesa’ says goodbye to one of its actors: “It has been a lot of fun”

The Promise enters one of its key stages with decisive moments of the series and changes in programming that may end up deciding its future, while at the same time making moves in its cast.

The last one to say goodbye to the La 1 series was Tomy Aguilera, an actor who played the character of Antonio de Carvajal y Cifuentes and who said goodbye proudly through his Instagram.

“I'm not exactly one for few words, and even less so when experience deserves them. This profession has some somewhat strange things,” Tomy begins in his public message.

“One of the most notable, I think, is having to immerse yourself body and soul in a human adventure, in a community, to begin to feel a lot of affection for people you barely know, for how well they treat you and how good they make you feel, and yet having to say goodbye quickly, leaving a peculiar taste in your mouth,” he says on his Instagram.

The actor compares his experience in The Promise to “as if in a world of nomads, some kind people, offered you a warm nest to spend the night” in a publication highly applauded by followers of the series.

“I want to deeply appreciate the opportunity, care, and generosity of the entire La Promesa team and the commitment of its followers. Thank you for letting me spend a few nights in a cabin on this Flagship. It has been very fun, congratulations to everyone for the success that is undoubtedly deserved,” says the actor.
