Juan José Ballesta, known for his roles in films such as El Bola or Planta Cuatro, has been in the media spotlight for a judicial problem in which he has been involved. The actor was accused of allegedly sexually assaulting a "childhood friend" a few months ago, according to the alleged victim. Some events that occurred last July in Parla (Madrid).
The complainant initially stated that they shared a friendship for years and that they became neighbors for a time. A version that she changed up to three times during the trial session last Tuesday, since she later reported not knowing the Madrid man. Now, a day later, the actor wanted to clarify what happened.
"I don't know this woman at all. All of this is too much for me. I don't even know what to tell you. This is crazy," he began to relate in the program Let's see. Through a phone call, Juan José Ballesta has shown himself totally perplexed by what he is experiencing and wanted to defend his innocence.
"I don't know if she wants to do it on a financial level or on a media level, but I don't know this woman," he added. And, according to what she has said, all of this "is very big for her" and she trusts in justice so that everything can be clarified as soon as possible.
"You all know me, you know that I am super 'parleño', in love with the people, with my son, with my family, I don't know," he continued. And, as he said, there is only one thing he does every night at night: "I am at home at 9:30 p.m. to give dinner to my son. All of you who know me know what I am like."
But if there is one thing he wanted to ensure, it is that, whatever happens, he does not plan to take action against the woman who reported him. "I'm not going to charge against her. I have my own currency. Let it be resolved as soon as possible, let them clean up my image as soon as possible and that's it. If the girl is bad, I'm not going to throw any more shit at her. poor," he said.
"I understand that she is a woman who is wrong and it is enough for her to be wrong. I am not going to go against her. Let them clarify things as soon as possible and clear my name," he added. As revealed by the EFE agency, the alleged victim's lawyer put on the table that she suffers from diagnosed paranoid schizophrenia. Something that would have made 'El Bola' not want to take more legal measures, in the event of emerging unscathed from the trial.
But if Juan José Ballesta wanted to make something clear, it is that he "felt bad with the press" after what happened and that "evidently" all this has "had an impact on his work." In the coming weeks the judge's final decision will come to light.
