José Manuel Parada, without mincing words about his health problem: "It has been worrying"

José Manuel Parada set off alarm bells at the end of April after posting a publication on social networks from the hospital. The journalist confessed to his 6,000 followers on Instagram that "the worst is over", and announced that he had had to undergo surgery, but, thank God, everything had gone well. "I want to thank you for so much love," he expressed then. Now, a month later, the communicator has spoken with Europa Press and has revealed more details about the health problem that forced him to undergo surgery.

Parada finally revealed more details about the problem for which he had to be admitted to the hospital a few weeks ago. The journalist assures that "it has been worrying" for him, since he did not like having to undergo surgery. "I had been trying for three years not to have surgery for a problem I had, but there came a time when there was no other choice," he said. The communicator acknowledges that he was afraid not to leave the hospital. "I cheered up, said goodbye and said 'you never know, if I don't go out, I've accomplished the things I wanted to do in life,'" he said.

José Manuel acknowledged to the aforementioned medium that "everything went well, I have had a long convalescence, I have been between the hospital and home for a whole month." "Today, when they discharged me, I can carry out a normal activity, I start working," he expressed. Parada is optimistic after this bump in his health and expresses that a new stage in his life is beginning.

This scare has helped him realize some things, lessons that life gives in situations like his. "As the grandmothers said, the most important thing is health. The song also said, there are three things in life, 'health, money and love'. It is very well placed in that order," the communicator stated. In addition, he took advantage of his statements to position himself against public health criticism. "There is nothing like health, now that there is so much talk about health," he expressed.

The journalist was positioned in the controversy that has taken place in Madrid on public health. "I have to say that I have been tested, I have had surgery, I have recovered, everything in public health," he said. "There are many people who criticize it, I have done it in Madrid and I am delighted. I feel very proud of the public health that we have in this city, where I have lived for so many years," he declared.
