Daniel Sancho, son of actor Rodolfo Sancho, is under arrest in Thailand after being accused of murdering Edwin Arrieta Arteaga, a Colombian doctor with whom he was on vacation. The journalist Javier Negre published a message on his Twitter account in which he pointed out that "Frank Cuesta knows a lot about the ordeal that awaits" the son of the actor.

The former partner of the presenter, Yuyee, was sentenced to 15 years in prison for trafficking 0.2 grams of cocaine in a Thai jail. The journalist's tweet annoyed Cuesta, who responded with great anger, lashing out harshly and even insulting Negre.

Faced with this situation, the president of the EDA group tried to redirect the situation, explaining that he was referring to the fact that his ex-wife "already knew what a prison is in Thailand and the police and judicial system there."

Yuyee Alissa Intusmith, a popular Thai model and ex-wife of Frank Cuesta, was imprisoned in a Thai jail for just over six years. She had originally been sentenced to fifteen years in prison after a search at the Bangkok airport seized 0.005 grams of cocaine in 2012. Two years later, she was imprisoned, accused of drug trafficking.

Negre pointed out in his Twitter account that "the comparison is established due to the harshness of the prisons in Thailand and the possible violations of rights that can occur both in prisons there and in a judicial process where there are plenty of cases of irregularities of all kinds. guy". At no time did he compare or establish a parallelism between the crimes, as he himself indicated.

Last Thursday, the Thai authorities found Edwin Arrieta Arteaga's body parts in a landfill, including his hips and thighs. This Sunday, the local authorities provided images of Daniel Sancho in a hotel on the island of Koh Phangan along with evidence of the crime.

In Thailand, murder can carry penalties ranging from 15 to 20 years in prison to life imprisonment. However, in extreme cases, the death penalty can also be applied, although its use has been relatively rare in recent years.
