Frank Cuesta explodes about the case of Daniel Sancho: "It doesn't matter if they were lovers"

The Daniel Sancho case continues to leave reactions, new details and hours of talks as the hours go by. The Spanish cook has been locked up in the Koh Samui prison since August 7, more than 750 kilometers from Bangkok, Thailand; after confessing to the murder of Colombian surgeon Edwin Arrieta. The responses to the arrest and the details of the crime were multiple, highlighting those of the naturist Frank Cuesta.

The well-known television figure, who has lived in Thailand for more than 25 years, once again made some viral statements about the case on his social networks, this time criticizing various media outlets for the treatment they have given to the events in their news coverage. Cuesta has launched an accusation of laundering the situation, within an extensive video that she did not want to elaborate when asked by a Europa Press reporter.

“It doesn't matter if they were lovers... Let's not forget that here the victim is the dead man. It doesn't matter if you have a psychological problem. They're trying to soften things up. You cannot go to a country thinking that it is the third world and go to the most populated area where there are cameras everywhere... I am very sorry for the family (of Daniel) but I am much more sorry for the family than the one who has dead. You do it... you pay for it, ”he detailed in his X profile.

“Thailand is a different country, with different rules, both regarding behavior and coexistence. It has been said that I defend the police, but what I defend is how people live here and how the police are respected", explained the presenter, insisting on the lack of respect that he had detected in various media and convinced of the existence of a bad culture among Spanish journalists, which is why some would have been rude to the Thai authorities.

“If you really support the family, leave it alone. I would ask you to leave until the trial, don't be there every day. What is going to happen is something hard and all you want is the news, not to help the family. You are going to do whatever you want, I am only saying that there will be an unfavorable repercussion for the family if you continue to touch the... If you continue to go out in public with lies, with hoaxes. If you come out with assumptions and criticizing the work of the police. It is not good for the family, ”she concluded.

Cuesta himself had more words related to the case in recent weeks. Specifically, after the statements by the defendant's defense firm, assuring that there was contaminated evidence that would lose its legal validity in Spain: “Thailand carries out the procedures under its law, its methods and its knowledge. If you don't want to be investigated by the Thai police or tried here... don't come murdering, dismembering and throwing pieces in anyone's trash. It's that simple!"
