Frank Cuesta charges against Daniel Sancho: "Do not come to murder, dismember and throw pieces in anyone's trash"

The case of Daniel Sancho continues to be one of the most commented topics of the week. The son of actor Rodolfo Sancho remains in prison after confessing to having murdered and dismembered Colombian surgeon Edwin Arrieta, 44, with whom he had a relationship for more than a year. While waiting for the trial, opinions of all kinds have been heard. One of the most vocal is Frank Cuesta, who through his social networks is leaving how he is seeing this whole case.

Cuesta, who has lived in Thailand for years, knows first-hand the country's legal and prison system, after having experienced the conviction and subsequent imprisonment of the mother of his children, Yuyee Intusmith, to 15 years in prison. However, the naturalist rejects the comparisons and is outraged by what is happening with Sancho and, above all, by how his Spanish defense is taking the investigation in the country.

The naturist, who just a few days ago showed his empathy with the family of the confessed murderer of Edwin Arrieta and warned them about what was coming to them with the Thai legal system, was totally upset after learning that the defendant's Spanish defense affirmed emphatically that "the evidence is contaminated" in the case of his defendant.

"There are numerous pieces that do not fit together and a large amount of contaminated evidence in the framework of the investigation that would not have any validity in our country," said the lawyers from the Bafalgón-Chipirrás law firm, the defense hired by Rodolfo Sancho and Silvia Bronchalo, after read the investigation report.

A few words that unnerved Cuesta, who did not hesitate to express what he thought through the social network.

“Thailand does the procedures under its law, its methods and its knowledge. If you don't want to be investigated by the Thai police or tried here... don't come murdering, dismembering and throwing pieces in anyone's trash. It's that simple! ”, Wrote the well-known ethologist on his personal Twitter account.

Some words that have been applauded by his followers who, once again, complain about the "laundering" that a large part of the media is doing to the confessed murderer of Edwin Arrieta for the mere fact of, according to them, being attractive and descendant of a well-known saga of actors with a very good reputation.

On the other hand, Arrieta's family is satisfied with the progress of the investigation by the Thai authorities and asks that the sentence be "quite severe according to the seriousness of the facts" once the trial arrives, after the police authorities have confirmed that they will request the death penalty for the Colombian's confessed murderer.

"What we want is for there to be a conviction that is the one that the Thai judges, after verifying and corroborating the information provided, determine," said the family's lawyer, Miguel González, in statements to EFE. The Arrieta family's lawyer added that, as "the macabre act occurred in Thailand under Thai law," they trust the integrity of the authorities and their respect for justice.

"We believe that the Thai State will be the guarantor of both rights, because Sancho will have the right to defend himself in the process if he considers it so and we, as victims, also have the right to be heard in the process."
