First reaction from Dani Alves' entourage to the abandonment of his lawyer before the trial

Dani Alves is on the verge of holding the trial he faces, after being accused of the alleged crime of raping a young woman in a nightclub in Barcelona on December 30, 2022. A few months before this important event, The former Barcelona player has decided to dispense with the services of Cristóbal Martell, who was his lawyer.

Journalist Carlos Quílez was in charge of announcing this news in Y Ahora Sonsoles. As he related, the lawyer "is thinking more about the prison repercussion of the sentence rather than winning the case itself," since he is clear that Alves will lose the trial. Given this, "a 35-year-old young woman, an expert in penitentiary law" will take the lead. However, it has now become known that it was the athlete who made the decision.

Given this, the reactions from the former footballer's entourage have not been long in coming. In this case it was his brother, Ney Alves, who is very used to speaking out through his Instagram account. Using the stories on the social network, he wanted to send his support to the athlete.

"Never stop believing in God, even when everything around you seems to fall apart," he began to relate. "Persevere in prayer. God opens paths for those who do not give up in the midst of trials," she added along with a photograph of the two.

But that is not all. Ney Alves wanted to publish a headline that reads "Dani Alves changes lawyer and will be defended by a woman in the trial." Something to which he wanted to add another message: "Glory to God, may your will always be done in our lives, Lord."

"Can they betray you? Yes. Can they humiliate you? Also. What you can be sure of is that no one can take away from you what God has prepared for you. Never give up." This has been another of the messages sent by the ex-footballer's brother, although he has not named him directly on this occasion.

Meanwhile, Dani Alves continues to deal with the problems in his relationship with Joana Sanz. "For a kiss from the skinny girl I would give anything, for a kiss from her, even if it was just one," the former soccer player wrote in a letter to the model a few days ago. "Wherever, whatever, whatever ...But with you by my side always. "I love you," he added.

And, despite the fact that their divorce is on the table, they continue to maintain a good relationship. "Yes, of course. The relationship is fine, normal," she assured. Likewise, she confirmed that she continued visiting Alves in prison: "You haven't gone either, so don't tell me that you haven't seen me because no one has gone there."
