Elena Tablada attacks her ex-husband, Javier Ungría, for preventing their divorce agreement

The war between Elena Tablada and Javier Ungría seems to have no end. The couple put an end to their love story in August 2022, but their continuous scuffles and the latest information that has come to light have once again put those who were husband and wife in the center of the media spotlight.

A few weeks ago the news broke that David Bisbal's ex-partner had hired a private detective in the last stage of their marriage. A decision caused by the designer's suspicions that her then husband could have had a relationship with another woman.

But the disputes between the two go back a long way. Since the divorce, both have been involved in a judicial war, in which they are fighting for custody of the little girl, Camila, who is only three years old. The ex-couple will face each other in court next December, where it will be decided how her guardianship will be distributed. While Ungría wants to get joint custody, Tablada is fighting so that her little girl is not separated from her older sister, Ella, the result of her relationship with David Bisbal.

Hoping to avoid the judicial process, both have been immersed in a long and arduous process to try to reach an understanding that benefits both parties. But it seems that the ex-couple has not reached any agreement and the judge will have to rule on guardianship. It was Elena Tablada herself who confessed this new information before the media cameras on the second anniversary of the Wah Madrid show.

''If there wasn't a daughter in common, we wouldn't talk or have any contact. But unfortunately, if two people do not agree, a third person will have to decide,'' said Tablada. The designer confessed that in the end it will have to be a judge who decides everything. ''If we have to depend on a third person for our daughter's future, then we will have to do it. If he has to be a judge, let him be a judge,' she asserted. Furthermore, Tablada recognized that it was quite impossible for them to reach an agreement.

The designer also assured the cameras that the most difficult part of this entire process is communication with Ungría. ''When it doesn't flow, when it is unpleasant... it is a difficult process and precisely because there is a girl,'' she revealed. And the communications with her former husband are through emails and her lawyers.

But without a doubt the most important thing for her is the well-being of her daughter. ''It is essential to try not to hurt each other. With maturity, with sensibility (...) For my part, I do a very great job in that,' she confessed.

Despite the serious situation, the designer is taking it as a learning experience. ''I was able to learn from the unpleasant experience I had in the end and now I have found peace, which in the end is priceless. "If something takes it away from you, it costs you too much," she said.
