'El Hormiguero' cuts its live connection and generates a multitude of speculations

El Hormiguero is about to put the finishing touch to its 17th season. And in a very intense week for Pablo Motos, in which he has achieved two great audience data with the interviews with Pedro Sánchez and Alberto Núñez Feijóo, the controversy could not stay out of it

The appearances of both political leaders have had a great impact and, of course, many reproaches. This Thursday, the current affairs table on the program was dedicated to commenting on these interventions. Juan del Val, Nuria Roca, Tamara Falcó and Cristina Pardo did not want to miss the opportunity to comment on the matter. But everything took a 180 degree turn when the publicity suddenly jumped, cutting one of the commentators.

Juan del Val has always been one of the most critical, specifically with Pedro Sánchez, and this time was not going to be different. The current Prime Minister responded to the words of the man from Madrid who accused him of electoral fraud, and del Val decided to counterattack.

After the presenter assured that he believed that at any moment Sánchez could kiss him because of how close he was, Juan del Val began to recount the phrase that caused the cut: "Pedro Sánchez wanted to be the image of the victim...". At that very moment, some recorded images of Bizarrap and some advertisements interrupted the connection for a few seconds.

"Juan del Val's last word and the first after the ruling, are they threaded together?" Asked one of the Twitter users. And it is that after the cut, the conversation had already taken a totally different course, yes, as if nothing had happened.

Neither Pablo Motos, nor the rest of the gatherings, reacted in any way and they continued with their conversation. With this, speculations have flooded social networks. But there are two theories that have superseded any other opinion.

The first of the theories, and the one that is having the most travel, is that it was a recorded program. A technical failure would have revealed that El Hormiguero records some of its programs in the form of 'false direct'. Something that would confirm it, is that Juan del Val's clock marked 9, and not the usual schedule of the program. "I see that you still do not know that many days the Anthill is not direct," commented a user.

But there is another conjecture that, although it is not the most widespread, has received a multitude of comments. And it is possible censorship. "And this direct cut of Juan de Valle's criticism of Pedro Sánchez?" Asked another tweeter. However, everything indicates that it was the first hypothesis.

In the absence of knowing a clear answer about what happened, the viewers have decided to continue with their suspicions and let their minds fly. We will have to wait until next Monday to receive, or not, some explanations from Pablo Motos.
