The return of Edmundo Arrocet to Spain just one month after the death of María Teresa Campos, with whom he had the last known relationship in the presenter's life, has left behind an extensive exclusive published last Wednesday by the magazine Ten minutes. In it, the Chilean comedian has told her version of what he experienced with her and has not hesitated to attack Carmen Borrego and Terelu Campos.
The publication of the interview has provoked all kinds of reactions, both within the Arrocet family and among the Campos. Borrego has been especially blunt about the latter, who at the beginning of the program Así es la vida this Friday insisted that no relative of Edmundo really knew his mother.
However, it was minutes later when María Teresa's daughter couldn't take it anymore and burst into tears about her mother's relationship with 'Bigote'. Sandra Barneda, presenter of the Telecinco program where she regularly collaborates, has proceeded to read a message from Yusan, the former director of the program Qué tiempo tan Feliz.
"Teresa was very in love and at first she was very happy because she felt accompanied every day, but that relationship was very destructive because when she was already in love, one day at her house he told her: 'Teresa, I am a free soul.' She did the program to the limit for almost two years, because every three months she didn't know if her partner was alive or dead. [...] He didn't answer her messages for weeks or months," she said.
Barneda interrupted reading the message when he noticed that Carmen Borrego was starting to cry. "I have experienced this, and I have experienced my mother's suffering every day, and I have seen my mother cry every day," she said between sobs. "I want at least now not to humiliate her by saying if she was with one, if she was with another...
