Booing Rosalía in full concert for a misinterpreted gesture

The singer Rosalía is in one of her best moments, both professionally and personally. The artist is immersed in her new tour and is now in Latin America giving concerts to present her latest album, Motomami. The album was released almost a year ago and became one of the most listened to.

This year all her concerts will be focused on renowned festivals, giving rise to the Motomami Festival Tour 2023. Lollapalooza or Primavera Sound in Spain are some of the festivals where the Catalan will go up to make all the attendees dance.

Last night of Wednesday March 22, the artist gave a concert in Asunción, Paraguay. During the performance, Rosalía faced one of her most uncomfortable moments on stage.

The singer decided to go out before the audience with a flag from a Paraguayan team. At first it might seem that the interpreter was doing something normal and that she would delight the entire public. But what seemed like a harmless gesture turned against her. Rosalía carried a flag of the Cerro Porteño soccer team, one of the great clubs in the country.

The big problem comes from the great rivalry that this team has with another, Club Olimpia. Both are based in the city of Asunción and there has always been a great rivalry between them. Something like in Spain Real Madrid and Atlético de Madrid. The attendees, seeing the Porteño flag, began to boo the singer and tell her that this flag was not. The singer, seeing the reaction of the public and not understanding anything, kept the flag, to avoid greater evils.

The singing couple announced a few days ago that next Friday, March 24, they were going to release an EP with three unpublished songs. This announcement marks the first collaboration between the two artists and it is also the first time that the two talk about their relationship openly. The musical project will be made up of three songs with the titles, Kiss, Vampires and Promise.
