Belén Rueda opens up about her most difficult moment of health: ''I got quite scared''

This Thursday, the program presented by Pablo Motos received one of the most important actresses in our country, Belén Rueda, on its set. The performer, who has been in the world of acting for more than three decades, will premiere her new film on November 17, La Ermita, the new feature film by acclaimed director Carlota Pereda.

Therefore, on the occasion of the imminent premiere, the interpreter visited the Antena 3 space, where she gave some details about her neck of the film and opened up about some of her most complicated moments related to health.

The actress said that she was currently filming a new series and that due to the high level of work she hardly had time to go to the hairdresser. In addition, she told an anecdote in which she claimed that her stress level reached such a point that she had to ask the project's hairdressing team to dye her hair.

For this reason, Belén Rueda confessed that stress had never benefited her in her daily life. And at one point in her professional career, the actress only slept about three hours. A situation in which she put her body to the limit and due to which she suffered a temporary stroke. ''I thought it was lipothymia, which makes you dizzy and you lose consciousness for a very short time. But my sister came and called the ambulance. And the ambulance man told her to do three things,' she began by saying.

''A stroke if you catch it in time may not be so serious. They told him to smile, to puff out his cheeks, and to close his eyes and touch my nose with both fingers of his hands. So depending on what part of the brain it is, you don't exactly touch the nose. Then the ambulance came and took me to the hospital. And it was a temporary stroke. "I got quite scared and they told me it was because of stress," he declared.

From that moment on, the artist began to slow down her pace of life, but she said that they also discovered an aneurysm and "a month later she was already filming a film with Calparsoro." ''My neurologist told me that now I was better than before, but as a result of that episode, every time I had a headache I thought it could be worse,'' she confessed.
