Belén Esteban remembers "the beatings" of Chiquetete to Raquel Bollo and defends her children

Manuel Cortés and Alma Bollo fell apart during a Survivors gala talking about their father, Antonio José Cortés Pantoja, better known as Chiquetete. The children of Raquel Bollo expressed the feelings they have towards the artist who passed away in 2018.

However, his statements did not please Rocío Cortés, also the daughter of Algeciras: "Let my father rest now. It seems shameful to me that they have to use my father again to give pity." For her part, Belén Esteban has come out in defense of the children of Raquel Bollo.

Alma and Manuel have spoken with pain about the difficult relationship they had with the musician, who died 4 years ago and left their children with many questions in the air around the issue. "I hoped that before what happened happened, a reason would come that would make me forgive him, but I have not succeeded," Alma said last Thursday when asked by Carlos Sobera at the Survivors gala.

Due to direct allusions, another of Chiquetete's daughters wanted to defend her father from such accusations and has attacked the two survivors. However, Belén Esteban has quickly come out in defense of Raquel Bollo and her children.

"I am going to be very clear. Your daughter Rocío is being very selfish. What you have to remember are the beatings that the father gave Raquel Bollo", commented Belén Esteban, visibly outraged by Rocío's words.

"She could have been overwhelmed but she has fought for what belongs to her children. If they have talked about their father, I have heard very little from them, it is their father too. Alma and Manuel's parents are their grandparents, who had to kiss for where they step, that they are the only ones who have taken care of those children", added the one from Paracuellos de Jarama.
