Kiko Rivera's brother-in-law did not pass the medical tests because at that time he suffered from a disease called Sarcoidosis, which affected his lungs. This condition is characterized by the growth of small clumps of inflammatory cells in the lungs and can affect other organs in the body.
Although he had some symptoms, Beno was not diagnosed until he had a chest X-ray and learned that he could not enter the Mediaset contest. The main problem with Sarcoidosis in the case of the son-in-law of the singer Isabel Pantoja is that if it was not treated at that moment, it could cause permanent scars in the lungs, which would lead to pulmonary hypertension and difficulty breathing. The doctors also explained that it could affect his vision.
''They saw that he had something strange in his lung, sarcoidosis. It is an inflammation of the lung ganglia. The doctor told me that this lung problem could blind me and cause me to die, but there are several stages and I was in stage 1, so it would most likely heal on its own," the young model explained some time ago for Lecturas.
Anuar Beno's brother already spoke about the subject during his visit to See You Again, a program that Carlos Sobera presented a few seasons ago on Mediaset, and explained to his girl and to all of Spain the ordeal he was suffering: "I know you have seen me strange It was because I was bad internally. I was sick for some health issues. They found an anomaly in my lungs. They told me it was something very bad. I've had a very bad time''.
