Ana Cristina Portillo remembers her mother Sandra Domecq on the anniversary of her death: "Always the same feeling"

Ana Cristina Portillo is, for many, a great unknown. Instead, for others she is one of the most interesting members of the Osborne clan. Portillo is the daughter of Sandra Domecq, who was married to Bertín Osborne and became the mother of his first four children: Alejandra, Eugenia, Claudia and Cristian.

After 14 years together, the Mediaset España presenter and the mother of his daughters separated on good terms and she tried to rebuild her life with businessman Fernando Portillo (with whom she would separate after three years of intense love). As a result of this relationship, little Ana Cristina Portillo was born.

Although she was always close to her older sisters, everything intensified when her mother passed away on August 13, 2004, since the relationship became very close. Portillo was only ten years old at that time and both Bertín Osborne and her daughters welcomed her and took care of her without distinction.

On more than one occasion, Ana Obregón's friend has openly declared that Ana Cristina Portillo is "one more daughter" for him and that Domecq was an "unrepeatable" woman, as well as that they were friends until the end of his days.

Sandra Domecq passed away 19 years ago due to a very aggressive cancer. Specifically, Bertín Osborne's ex suffered leukemia. Although she was treated and visited the best oncologists that she had within her reach, the situation became complicated and she ended up passing away.

When the professionals at the Quirónsalud Sagrado Corazón Hospital in Seville publicly announced the news of her death, Spanish society was shocked, since the woman was only 51 years old.

Yesterday, to honor the memory of her mother on the nineteenth anniversary of her death, Ana Cristina Portillo uploaded a post to her official Instagram account in which you can see a very pretty photo of Domecq.

Accompanying the snapshot, the young designer wrote a very emotional sentence: ''13. One more year and always the same feeling. In a matter of minutes, the post was filled with dozens of affectionate comments talking about the great resemblance of the deceased with the designer and sending encouragement to the young businesswoman.

Claudia, Alejandra and Eugenia Osborne decided not to upload anything from their mother on such a marked day on the calendar and left any type of gesture, action or memory with their mother to be private.

However, Claudia Osborne commented on the publication of her sister Ana Cristina Portillo with a red heart, as well as Alejandra Osborne shared said publication in the stories of her official Instagram profile.
