Almudena Cid returns to 'Pasapalabra': "Life is going to stop us all emotionally at some point"

The Sevillian Rafa Castaño won last week the largest jackpot in the history of Pasapalabra, thus marking a milestone in the program and once again putting the jackpot at the minimum figure, 100,000 euros.

Since then, several contestants and different guests have already passed through the television space presented by Roberto Leal. In the group of celebrities who have attended the program this Wednesday to help the applicants, the presence of the elite athlete Almudena Cid has stood out, since this program was presented by her ex-husband for more than 12 years.

Hundreds of people have commented on social networks about the strange image that has been formed in the Antena 3 contest when Roberto Leal and the Olympic gymnast have coincided on the screen, something anecdotal considering that his ex-partner hosted the program for more than a decade.

It must be borne in mind that Almudena Cid had a sentimental relationship with the former presenter of the format, Christian Gálvez, for more than 10 years. Gálvez put an end to the relationship, surprising all his followers and Almudena herself, who has acknowledged on several occasions that she was caught out of the blue. Now, the presenter is in love and happy with his new illusion: the journalist and collaborator of El Programa de Ana Rosa, Patricia Pardo.

Everyone knows that Almudena Cid had a very bad time when her ex-husband left her. After a somewhat dark time and focusing on herself, Cid has reappeared on television with the best of smiles and visibly recovered.

The actress and Olympic gymnast will present her novel Walking Without Toes in Vitoria on April 3 and has recognized in the program that there are times in life when you have to stop: ''Life is going to stop us all emotionally at some point moment''.
