Few can boast of having managed to maintain their popularity for more than 40 years, and even less those who have done so through controversy. However, Alessandro Lequio is one of them, and since he landed in Spain, he has become a standout in the gossip.
Of course, even having earned a place on television and with his love life always the subject of all kinds of rumours, the television director continues to be the only member of his aristocratic family in front of the spotlight. His parents, related to the Bourbons, made discretion a constant in their lives.
Thus, few know that the collaborator has an unknown sister, Desideria, whom he has introduced for the first time through his Instagram profile. A sister two years younger than him who has always been referred to as "Didi" -to him as "Dado"- and who bears an uncanny resemblance to the collaborator.
The two are children of the disappeared Clemente Lecquio and Sandra Torlonia -the collaborator has an older brother, Francisco, the result of a previous relationship with his father-, and they had never appeared together in public, as Desideria is extremely discreet with her personal life.
The image has caused a furor among the followers of the collaborator, who has been in the focus of the hurricane for months after becoming the grandfather of his son Aless's biological daughter, Ana Sandra; who could not avoid commenting on how the normally discreet Lequio has shared this image, revealing the most familiar facet of him.
"Brotherly love", writes the collaborator, thus "introducing" Didi to his followers, many of whom were even unaware that he existed in their lives. However, Lequio has become a "father" to his sister, after they were both orphaned at the age of eleven and nine, respectively.
Another of the most commented aspects was the physical appearance of the 60-year-old woman, who bears an amazing resemblance to her older brother. Even Ana Rosa Quintana, "boss" and friend of the collaborator, wanted to emphasize this detail: "Every day you look more alike," she confessed, humorously.
The two brothers maintain a very close bond, despite the distance that separates them -Lequio lives in Spain, and Desideria in Italy-, and they see each other whenever they have the slightest opportunity. Now, they spend a few days together on vacation, with Lequio's little daughter, Ginevra Ena, being the one who is enjoying these beach days the most.
