Al Pacino agrees to custody of his newborn son: the mother gives in and he pays

Roman, the son of Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah, took his first breath on June 6 at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. He is the fourth descendant of the actor, coming into the world much later than his half-brothers. The twins Olivia and Anton Pacino (children of Beverly D'Angelo) are already 22 years old, while Julie Pacino (the result of her relationship with Jan Tarrant) has already turned 33.

Shortly after giving birth, Noor Alfallah petitioned a court to grant her physical custody of the newborn, offering "reasonable visits" to the artist. After this action, the press speculated that they had broken up, but nothing could be further from the truth.

According to a publicist for the Godfather star, Stan Rosenfeld, the legal actions taken by Noor were due to the negotiation process that the couple had begun to establish the foundations of little Roman's education. "The two of them are together," he explained this September.

Now, according to documents obtained by the Entertainment Tonight portal, the couple has reached an agreement on custody. Although the specific details have not been revealed, the terms discussed between the 83-year-old actor and his 29-year-old girlfriend have been made public.

Noor and Al Pacino have reached an agreement regarding custody, visitation schedules and child support. Additionally, the actor has agreed to pay Alfallah's legal fees.

"Al and Noor have worked together successfully and have mutually reached agreements regarding their son Roman," Stan Rosenfeld revealed to Entertainment Tonight.
