“It's been almost three weeks since I've been on a diet because of the stomach issue. I started doing sports three days ago, but I'm not losing any weight because of the bacteria I have in my stomach,” he explained in his stories weeks ago.
At the same time, he underwent several medical tests, which ended up confirming that he has significant stomach problems. Specifically, the Survivor 2023 contestant suffers from bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine (SIBO). It is an abnormal increase in the entire bacterial population in the small intestine.
The woman from Madrid has taken advantage of having the test results to throw a dart at all those who criticized her and even doubted that she really had a health problem. "Real atrocities were said about having a swollen belly," she recalls in one of her Instagram stories.
Adara does not forget how, during the contest, "she was judged, doubted and even the finger was pointed at her." "I just wanted to remember it to say that you can't judge people. You don't know what's behind it. Whether it's a swelling or any other situation, don't judge," she concludes in her reflection.
