A Spanish actor decides to change his name due to the Daniel Sancho case

The case of the murder of Edwin Arrieta continues to be one of the main topics in the different media. A month ago the news broke of the brutal crime of the Colombian surgeon allegedly at the hands of Daniel Sancho. Since last August 7, the son of Rodolfo Sancho has been in provisional detention in the Koh Samui prison awaiting the trial.

The media case has gone around the world and many international media have echoed the event. Therefore, the Sancho family has gained special prominence in the last month, which has caused a series of misunderstandings with anyone who has the same last name.

This situation is what the actor Arturo Sancho has suffered. As Formula TV has revealed exclusively, the protagonist of La Promesa, a daily series on Spanish Television, has faced all kinds of questions about his family relationship with Rodolfo Sancho and his son in recent weeks.

He himself has been in charge of denying on several occasions that there is no such link between him and Rodolfo Sancho's family. The only thing they share is the last name, but the interpreter has always stressed that he is neither Daniel Sancho's cousin nor Rodolfo Sancho's nephew. Despite clarifying that it has nothing to do with the case, the La Promesa actor has made a decision to avoid misunderstandings.

As confirmed by Formula TV, the actor would have decided to change his stage name and would be called Arturo García Sancho. In this way, the interpreter would have as his artistic name the name that appears on his identity document. At first, the protagonist of The Promise chose to get rid of García and bet on Sancho, but in view of the great repercussion that the case of Thailand is having, he has preferred to turn his last names around again and get as far away from the focus as possible media.

Although he has no family relationship with Rodolfo Sancho, the curious thing is that the actor and Daniel Sancho's father are united by something. Both have the same representatives, Jesús Ciordia and Diana Marcos. In addition, the two actors coincided in the Netflix series, Los Herederos de la Tierra, where Arturo García played the young version of Rodolfo Sancho's character.
