This will be La Ciclobrava 2023, the end of the Sea Otter party

This weekend a new edition of the Sea Otter will be held, turning Girona into the epicenter of world cycling from September 22 to 24. In addition to the presence of a large number of cycling brands, with their respective exhibitors, the festival also has the different options that La Ciclobrava offers if what you want is to put on your jersey and pedal.

It is a non-competitive cycle tour that has already been held for several editions, acting as the end of the party for the Sea Otter. The Ciclobrava will be held this Sunday the 24th, now we explain all its options and how you can register. This year the organization offers three different routes with different distances and difficulty.

With 141 kilometers and 2,000 meters of elevation gain, it is the most complex route among those offered. You will pass 4 ports, Sant Grau d'Ardenya, Romanyà (port of the 2nd stage of La Volta 2019), La Ganga (port of the 3rd stage of La Volta 2019), and Montjuic, already entering the city of Girona. A route for those who want a good challenge.

The second option continues to be a demanding route that will have four climbs, one of them different from the long route, Madremanya, located 15 kilometers from the finish line that can make more than one burst.

For those who want to enjoy the surroundings in a more compact route, this will be the best option. Three passes will also be climbed, but their distance will make this route a more bearable choice.

There are still some bibs left in all modalities so if you want to participate, do not hesitate to visit their website to sign up. There is no better way than to finish the Sea Otter with a good cycling ride and La Ciclobrava is a great option for this.
