For many lovers of mobile homes, the question arises when deciding on one of the many segments that exist in the market. For those looking for the most compact options, campers may be the most interesting alternatives. However, travelers who need a lot of space and generous interior spaces will find a better fit in the mini motorhomes.

The Sitka, one of the latest creations of the Summit Tiny Homes firm, is part of this area. This model, which offers a capacity for up to four people, radiates elegance and simplicity at the same time, without forgetting a modern and cozy touch. From the outset, its interior manages to give the occupants the feeling of being in a conventional home.

The tiny house on wheels is 10.3 meters long and thanks to its clever interior layout, it seems even bigger than it really is. From the outside, it is worth noting its mostly metallic cladding, with a part clad in cedar wood for decorative purposes. The entrance to the mobile home is through a glass door that gives access to a room full of natural light during the day thanks to its large windows.

The Sitka has a skylight and a panoramic window, both practicable, which allow outside air to enter. From its comfortable sofa, the occupants will be able to admire the views of the environment where the mini-house is located. Said sofa has three large drawers at the bottom, so it also provides storage space for clothes or necessary belongings.

To have breakfast or eat while looking at the relaxing environment, there is a bar with stools facing one of the largest windows. When not in use as a dining area, this area can easily be converted into a large workspace, providing plenty of space to prop up laptops, tablets, and office supplies.

Further on is the kitchen, fully equipped with a double stainless steel sink, a large worktop, a four-burner hob, an oven, a smoke extractor, a fridge and even a washer-dryer. Next to it are the stairs to go up to the attic. These ladders are themselves designed to offer considerable storage between some of the drawer-shaped rungs and internal shelves.

The size of the Sitka's bathroom is surprising, as it offers remarkable spaciousness and is equipped with a bathtub-shower combination, a stylish vanity with a large round mirror, a toilet and generous spaces for storing toiletries. Once you go through the bathroom, you enter the master bedroom, where you can breathe a pleasant zen atmosphere.

A wooden accent wall and the presence of hanging lamps add additional appeal. The double bed lifts up to offer ideal storage for blankets and sheets. This is not the only area designed for night rest, since two more people can sleep in the attic, although in a smaller space than in the lower part.

Not to be overlooked, the tiny RV features an air conditioning unit and a propane water heater. The price of the Sitka is around 130,000 euros.
