Lanzadera incorporates a hundred new startups at the beginning of the course

Lanzadera, the business accelerator belonging to Marina de Empresas and promoted by Juan Roig, has selected more than 100 startups for its September call. Startups innovate in sectors such as real estate, education or health and those that have developed solutions that automate and optimize processes for companies stand out.

“As in previous calls, we have selected companies that are offering innovative and differential solutions for the client. I am convinced that entrepreneurs will know how to get the most out of both the acceleration program, which we have renewed and strengthened, as well as the opportunities and synergies that will be found in a unique ecosystem such as Marina de Empresas”, says Marta Nogueras, general director of Shuttle.

The selected startups launch a Lanzadera program that has been updated, since it eliminates the phases and extends its duration: it will be at least 6 months, extendable. Furthermore, based on the needs, metrics and maturity of each startup, Lanzadera carries out a diagnosis and prescribes a personalized itinerary for each entrepreneur with the aim of helping them grow in a firm and sustainable way.

The companies, which physically settle in Marina de Empresas, receive training on the Total Quality model, a key business management model for Mercadona's success; support and advice on your financing or investment needs and personalized mentoring from specialists, among other advantages.

Since its founding in 2013, Lanzadera has promoted more than 1,300 companies. Currently, nearly 300 companies are being accelerated in their facilities located in the Marina of Valencia.

Among the startups that enter is the Valencian Supernieto, which proposes to help large companies implement senior digital inclusion strategies to make their technology accessible to those with less digital skills. The project was born as a mediator between the caregiver -the Super Grandson- and the older adult.

Also Barcelona's Urban Air Purifier, which creates healthy air spaces in any environment to eliminate air pollution and improve people's health, and which adapted its purifiers as a result of the pandemic. But there are numerous other examples, such as the curious Terror Makers, which educates, connects and supports professionals in the terror sector through a high-value community, a marketplace and a job portal, or Larnii, an advanced intelligence platform artificial sound that creates endless, ever-changing music of professional quality.
