On September 24, Paracuellos de Jarama will host a new edition of the Scott 7 Star Circuit, the most prestigious mountain bike event in the central peninsular area that runs through the surroundings of Paracuellos, including areas of scrubland, farmland and local roads. .
The organization makes two routes available to participants, with a more demanding first option, for federated members, with a route of 70 kilometers and a cumulative elevation gain of 1,100 meters, according to the Paracuellos Town Council in a note.
It will be a two-lap route, so that the participants will have a first pass in which to perfectly recognize each nook and cranny of the circuit, and in the second “express” their physical and technical possibilities.
On the other hand, the short test will consist of one lap, with the route to be covered being 35 kilometers and just over 550 meters of elevation gain.
The route will also pass through the pine forest of the Los Berrocales neighborhood and will allow the most playful to “have a great time.”
The departure will be at nine in the morning and will be done in a staggered manner, in boxes organized according to category, with the only requirement of registering in advance.
