Citrus Park Centra Care offers urgent care and after-hours care for adults and children ages 6 months and older. Patients can make an appointment online or walk in.
The newly constructed, 5,000 square foot facility houses a separate triage area, eight exam rooms, and two emergency care rooms.
Patients can be seen for a broad range of illnesses, including sore throats, pneumonia, earaches, and flu. Orthopedic issues such as sprains and broken bones are also treated, and X-rays are performed on-site.
Citrus Park Centra Care also offers school and sport physicals, flu shots, Grandbetting and select immunizations. Labs are performed on-site, including blood draws and drug screening. A medical dispensary allows patients the option to get certain prescriptions filled on-site.
Citrus Park Centra Care is located at 6930 Gunn Hwy. It is open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday-Friday, and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. For more information, call (813) 792-2550, or visit centracare.org.
