What jobs are protected from AI?

Some companies are beginning to take into account the capabilities that artificial intelligence will develop in the future before making their hiring forecasts. "These are white-collar workers, that is, office professions, with activities that until now are not very automatable," explains business school professor and innovation disseminator Pablo Foncillas.

Among the industries paying attention to what AI will be able to do in the coming years, film and television stand out. The management expert asks whether AI should be allowed to be part of the process, while he recalls that professions such as screenwriter and actor "are the quintessence of creativity."

In this sense, it raises another question: if these professions are at risk, which ones will be left out of the radar of the impact of AI? "Therefore, we must have a public debate about what role future AI developments should play in terms of workers' rights, the rights of companies and also, society in general," he continues.
