Vox files for its Valencian candidacy a media professor of Constitutional

The professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Valencia Carlos Flores Juberías will be the Vox candidate for the Presidency of the Generalitat Valenciana. This was agreed yesterday by the National Executive Committee of the far-right formation that preferred to bet on a signing than to look for a candidate among its current deputies and provincial presidents.

Thus, José María Llanos will not repeat as a candidate nor will the current trustee of the formation, Ana Vega, be the alternative. Vox has opted for a regular professor on television talk shows with very conservative positions. Flores, in addition, has also become an agitator on social networks with forceful messages alienated from the theses of Santiago Abascal's party, so his appointment cannot surprise anyone.

Precisely this morning on Twitter, the also member of the Valencian Transparency Council at the proposal of the PP explained his decision to have accepted Abascal's proposal "out of responsibility". In this line, he indicated that in this and "with the encouragement of thousands of Valencians I will put all my effort in the coming months."

"After four intense and fruitful decades dedicated to the study, teaching and defense of our constitutional values from academia, the time has come to take a step forward to assume the responsibilities that the present moment places before us", he indicated.

After applauding the work of the Valencian parliamentarians "a valuable and brave team" and praising the figure of Abascal, Flores concluded: "Only Vox remains."
