Two thieves arrested in Barcelona after stealing two watches valued at 140,000 euros

The Barcelona Guard has arrested two thieves who had just stolen two luxury watches in the center of Barcelona valued, together, at around 140,000 euros.

The arrest occurred on Saturday afternoon after a local police patrol patrolling along the Rambla saw a group of people running after two individuals.

The agents then learned that the people who were fleeing had just stolen two watches with the snatch procedure and, after calling for reinforcements, they managed to detain one of them at number 1 on the Rambla and the other on Cid del Raval street.

The police recovered a watch valued at 90,000 euros and another worth 50,000 euros, which were returned to the victims.
