For its part, the defense of Emilio David J.P. He has maintained that his client is "a special person, with a series of limitations, due to which he does not understand what has happened and why he is here," without him being able to have "criminal intelligence capacity."

He has reported that that day Emilio David saw his mother "worried" about his granddaughters, who had "disappeared" in a car, and thus had "a perception of risk for his nieces" and "initiated an action that he was forced to defend." to the family", in which a traffic accident occurred.

The defense of Manuel J.P. has requested absolution because he was not driving the car and only got into the vehicle to accompany his brother because he knows that he is vulnerable, after his sister Pilar arrived upset at her mother's house and maintained "disrespectful and threatening and came to shake, insulting.

Manuel's lawyer has maintained that Pilar's mother had prepared "the meeting ceremony" with love but the girl wanted to leave at ungodly hours, so she and her brothers accompanied her to the street, where Pilar and her brother-in-law Raúl arrived. , who was tired from a celebration and had consumed cannabis and diazepam.
