Trump asks to rescind the Constitution to revoke the electoral result and return to the White House

Former US President and Republican candidate Donald Trump has called for rescission of the US Constitution to overturn the 2020 election results and reinstate him as president, after Elon Musk shared Twitter deliberations over personal computer files Hunter Biden, son of the current US president.

"A massive fraud of this type and magnitude allows the rescission of all rules, regulations and articles, including those found in the Constitution," Trump wrote on his social network, Truth Social, as reported by 'Politico'.

"Our great 'Founders' did not want, and would not approve, False and Fraudulent Elections!", he pointed out, once again giving wings to conspiracy theories about his electoral defeat in the last presidential elections.

In addition, the Republican candidate has issued an attack against big technology by ensuring that they work alongside the Democrats.

White House spokesman Andrew Bates criticized this Saturday that Trump's comments are "anathema to the soul of our nation and must be universally condemned." "You can't love America only when you win," he said in a statement.

"The American Constitution is a sacrosanct document that for more than 200 years has ensured that freedom and the rule of law prevail in our great country. The Constitution unites the American people, regardless of party, and elected leaders are sworn to uphold it."

"It is the last monument to all Americans who have given their lives to defeat the selfish despots who abused their power and trampled on fundamental rights," he defended.
