This is the surprising caravan with rotating areas to gain breadth

Differentiating yourself from the huge offer of the growing caravanning sector requires imagination, technique and resources. Many manufacturers and start-ups strive to produce innovative products aimed at satisfying the needs of increasingly specific and demanding audiences.

One of the latest products presented that stands out for its originality is the new Romotow T8, a unique creation by the New Zealand-based design and architecture firm called W2. It is a premium compact caravan, with a clean, elegant and clearly avant-garde design that rotates, unfolds and expands its space by 70%. It is the perfect alternative for those interested in living a unique camping experience.

With an oval shape and soft curved lines, this rotating trailer uses a deployment system inspired by that of USB flash drives. In normal position, it has a length of 9 meters. It can be used like this and enjoy high-level camping, as it has single or double bedrooms, a dining room, a beautiful kitchen with high-end appliances and a full bathroom. Everything, made with noble materials.

But the most special thing about this vehicle is precisely enjoying its large terrace, which only appears if the Romotow T8 is rotated. The caravan is crossed at a 90 degree angle, in such a way that the cabin is suspended on one side and, in the gap it leaves, there is space to place several chairs, a hammock and a table for eating outdoors.

The roof, which is part of the structure of the caravan that does not rotate, protects from inclement weather, whether from the sun, rain and even wind, as there is the option of placing a tarp to protect yourself or, For those who are more suspicious, preserve privacy.

With the capacity to accommodate up to six travelers, the interior of this jewel of engineering and design has plenty of natural light, as several windows face the outside and allow you to enjoy a feeling of greater spaciousness.

The Romotow T8 has three different finishes and offers personalized options, such as the possibility of mounting a smart TV on the wall and an outdoor projector, a high-quality sound system or an additional dining area, as well as a wide list of technological elements.

In addition to its luxurious interior, the creators of this caravan have intended it to be efficient and environmentally friendly, as it is powered by solar panels installed on the top of the vehicle.

The price of this rotating beauty is as exclusive as the model itself, as it has an initial cost of about 250,000 euros. The first units of the Romotow T8 are already being produced, after several years of improvement in its design since the prototype was presented in 2018.
