The Mossos d'Esquadra are investigating an alleged case of sexual assault by two minors, aged 16, on a classmate in Cervera, Lleida.
As Catalunya Informació has advanced, it would be a case of sexual assault and a continuous situation of bullying of a 15-year-old student by two students who are in the third year of ESO. The events allegedly began on January 24, inside a classroom at the La Segarra Institute.
Two weeks ago, the victim's father reported to the Mossos that several students had touched his son over his pants. The agents opened proceedings and transferred the case to the Lleida Juvenile Prosecutor's Office.
As the Segre newspaper has been able to collect, the mother of the affected person explained that two companions cornered him against a window, stripped him naked and groped him.
After the event, the victim decided not to go to the center for 15 days, but when she returned, the bullying situation was repeated and she stayed at home for a few more days. Although the center changed the class of the alleged aggressors so that they would not have contact with the victim again, the harassment continued. Faced with this situation, the mother has initiated procedures to transfer her son from her center.
