Civil Guard agents have located a corpse in an advanced state of decomposition in the waters of Benicàssim (Castellón), according to sources from the investigation.
Apparently, the body was discovered early this past Friday night, around 9:00 p.m., floating in the water in an area near the Heliópolis beach in Benicàssim, the same sources have pointed out.
Agents of the Civil Guard, who have taken charge of the investigation, traveled to the place. At the moment the body found has not been able to be identified due to the advanced state of decomposition in which it is found.
At the same time, the Benemérita is awaiting the result of the autopsy performed on it, sources of the investigation specify.
