The Unitary Union Platform (PSU) has filed a complaint with the Contentious Administrative Court -which has been admitted for processing- against an order issued by a chief mayor who belongs to another union in conflict with the PSU, for having ordered the change of unit to several agents, according to the complainants, completely arbitrarily, since the decision responds to a covert punishment for participating in union protests.
From the PSU, they assure that "we will not stop until we eradicate this type of behavior that directly attacks the staff" and that they assure "stains the name of the Guàrdia Urbana". The confrontation between the PSU and the union where the police chiefs are affiliated thus adds another episode.
Regarding the complaint filed against the GUB headquarters, they recall that it is not the first time that a mayor has proceeded against agents for personal issues. In this case, the PSU has already won a similar case in which the judge has forced the sanctioned agent to be reinstated in his post and the city council to pay him compensation, convicted by final judgment and retroactively, with all the bonuses he left behind. charge.
