UGT and CCOO have decided to call a strike for October 28 and November 7 and 11, after no agreement was reached between the parties at today's SIMA meeting.
A rally has also been called in front of the Congress of Deputies for October 19 in order to obtain a "positive response from the company."
In CCOO they assure that "they have plenty of reasons" to carry out this series of actions and that in addition to "the lack of receptivity to the repeated complaints of the need to increase permanent contracts in practically all groups of the Renfe Group" they have not been taken into account the approaches and proposals they have made.
From UGT they point out that "collective bargaining is being unilaterally and deliberately blocked, which is causing serious damage to the entire workforce."
The unions demand "to respond to the evident lack of personnel" and denounce that the company "is not taking any measures to ensure the salary of the commercial personnel with the bet in progress of free subscriptions."
The unions insist on seeking a negotiated solution, but "they will not allow" the company to continue "ignoring" the negotiation.
