The State Budget allocates more than 60 million to Barcelonès Nord

Esquerra Republicana de Catalunya (ERC) announced this Tuesday that it has managed to introduce a series of amendments into the General State Budget (PGE) project for 2023 that involve 900 million transfers for Catalonia to be managed by the Generalitat, but warned that this It still does not prefigure his vote in favor of the public accounts, which would guarantee that they be approved in the Lower House. Of this item, more than 60 million go to Barcelonès Nord.

Among the scheduled departures are those destined for Badalona. Specifically, 60 million euros from the General Secretariat of Autonomous and Local Finance for the financing of the Catalunya Media City project in the Tres Chimeneas area of Sant Adrià de Besòs.

In another of the amendments, the Ministry of Science and Innovation will allocate three million euros to the reform project of the old CACI factory for the establishment of the Fundació CIM-UPC. From ERC they also announce investments in Santa Coloma de Gramenet, which have not yet materialized.

For all these reasons, the Minister of Finance, María Jesús Montero, has been confident that ERC will give its 'yes' to the General State Budget for 2023 and will allow a sufficient majority for the public accounts to be sent to the Senate, where they will face their last parliamentary process if that Chamber does not introduce changes.
