"Get out of this country or this world you son of a bitch and let us live." The Municipal Police of Madrid have officially opened an information file to the mayor José Rodríguez Vacas for the words and threats made online against the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez.
According to the Ser chain, the mayor -who is in charge of the Special Services Unit of the Municipal Police (U.S.E) that supports the escort services of the President of the Government in the capital- hung up on February 9 in his Facebook profile a video with several fragments of interviews on television and rallies in which Sánchez spoke of pacts and alliances. And he accompanied these images with the phrase: "Sánchez, he does not lie ... only Vox remains."
Asked about it at the press conference after the Governing Board, the Madrid City Council Spokesperson, Security and Emergencies delegate, Inmaculada Sanz, regretted the "absolutely rejectable and absolutely unfortunate" words of Vacas, and explained that the informative file "will conclude according to the regulation with the situation that is appropriate."
The socialist spokesman for Security and Emergencies in the Madrid City Council, Ramón Silva, has demanded the mayor, José Luis Martínez-Almeida, to take "drastic measures" because, if he does not do so, the socialists will ask in plenary "the cessation of this police command".
"Intendant Rodríguez Vacas cannot stay one more minute in charge of the Special Traffic Unit because he coordinates with the National Police the security of the president when he travels through Madrid," Silva reasoned in a statement.
The socialist stressed that a police command "that spreads hate, that publicly wants the death of the president, cannot stay another minute collaborating in Pedro Sánchez's security device in the city."
