The singer's reaction came after receiving several messages from his fans on Twitter in which they pointed out various problems in acquiring tickets for The Cure concerts, which will start their tour on May 10. "The management fees that Ticketmaster collects are used for many things, including giving our fans a fast and secure ticket buying experience," they add regarding their policy.
